4. FIRST AID MEASURES

General: Be sure it is safe to approach the casualty. Before giving first aid always put on personal protective equipment if you are likely to be contaminated.
Inhalation: Remove from exposure and provide maximum ventilation.
Skin Contact: Remove contaminated clothing. Rinse with plenty of water.
Eye Contact: Irrigate immediately with copious amounts clean water for 15 minutes minimum. Seek medical attention if redness or irritation persists.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth with water. If swallowed drink plenty of milk or water and seek medical advice.
Medical Information: For specialist advice doctors should contact the nearest Poisons Information Centre.

5. FIRE-FIGHTING MEASURES

All extinguishing agents can be used.
Does not present any particular burn risk in the event of a fire. Fumes and vapour may be harmful.
Suitable protective clothing should be worn. Fire fighters should use breathing apparatus.

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES

Personal: Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Chemical resistant gloves, tightly fitting safety goggles and protective suit should be worn.

Spillage: Absorb the product onto porous material. Recover the product scraping with a spatula or similar instrument. Dispose of in accordance with local regulations. Inform the proper authorities if gross contamination of water is threatened or occurs.
