This product is available in in chelated or non-chelated forms Copper Deficiency DiagnosisCopper is a trace element participating in the activation of several enzymes and influences the formation of a chloroplast protein important in photosynthesis.
Soils high in molybdenum or nitrogen interfere with copper uptake by plants. Excess copper may induce iron deficiency. Copper deficiency occurs more frequently on organic soils or light mineral soils of low exchange capacity. Specifically it has been linked to leached sandy soils, shallow organic chalk soils and poorly drained clay soils. It is strongly recommended that areas with history of copper deficiency should be sprayed in spring before symptom development.
Cereal crops are susceptible to copper deficiency. Other crops such as sugar beet, onions and pears may exhibit symptoms; but this is rare. Product Application Recommendations Directions for use- Apply as recommended diluted in 200 - 400 litres of water.
